It’s not an impossible mission, but it’s the next worst thing.

It was supposed to be simple, if not easy: track down a person of interest, find out what they know, and eliminate the renewed Titan threat before war breaks out (again). But nothing’s ever simple, and it’s certainly never easy.

Bryony Harper used to be a war hero, but now she’s an unemployed Metaphet junkie with a bad reputation and a crime boss on her tail. So when the United Human Alliance offers her a job and a chance to get off Qorra Station, she jumps at it. Even if she does have to take the gangster’s daughter along with her.
